Shipping
All shipments are shipped using UPS next day air. Most shipments will arrive on or before 10:30 am. Some rural areas have a delivery commitment time of 12:30 or as late as 4:30 pm, please email us if you have any questions. Next day air shipments are not “guaranteed” to arrive on time. No refunds or credits will be given for shipping under any circumstances!
Note: Shipping is to billing address ONLY unless other arrangements are made via email.
Our prized specimens and frags are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, Styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with heat or cold packs depending on environmental conditions.
UPS ships next day Monday through Thursday. We do not offer or recommend Saturday shipping. If a Package is late for Saturday delivery, they will attempt delivery the next Monday. There is a higher rate of late shipments for Saturday delivery.
We currently do not ship any products (live or dry goods) outside of the United States. Live animal exports require CITES paperwork and extra expenses which make the process too expensive and time consuming for small shipments.
eBay orders and purchases do not qualify for/towards discounted shipping. You may however combine an eBay order with discounted shipping from a website order and get discounted shipping that way. Live Sales and the Live Sale After Sales do not qualify for free shipping. You must purchase a shipping module for Live Sales.

Local Pickup:
You may pickup at our facility in Brooklyn, New York, free of charge. Please contact us to schedule your pickup.
Shipping Schedule
Livestock shipping date changes must be scheduled with Pop Corals, we do not ship anything live unannounced or unscheduled. You will receive a tracking number via email the evening before your shipment arrival. In the event of inclement weather, Please be aware that we are not liable for shipping losses or delays! We highly encourage you to take delivery via your local UPS facility! You can request to have it shipped “hold at location” and it will be held at an office for pickup at your convenience. We will do our best to keep you updated and aware of any possible shipping problems. We guarantee live arrival, but in regards to all personal time and expenses due to unforeseen shipping delays and consequences, the person/persons is responsible.
Occasionally a coral will need to be cut upon ordering, and need time to heal after being cut, so please allow 2-7 days after ordering to ship. We will advise if we feel the coral needs more time before shipping.
Please include requested ship dates in your order notes, and we will do our best to work with you. Don’t hesitate to call to discuss ship dates and the status of your order at email us, info@PopCorals.com or call us 347-674-3724. All orders must ship within 1 week of your order date. If you cannot accept a delivery during thing time please contact us! You can cancel an order and you will be issued a store credit, valid for 6 months.
Pop Corals will work with you to find a suitable shipping date that accommodates your busy schedule and ours. You will receive a tracking number email from UPS confirming your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email by the night before your order is to ship, please call or email us to confirm the shipment date.
Guarantee
Our Specimens are healthy and happy when shipped out. We have close to a 99% success rate with our packing techniques! If for some reason your Specimen does not survive the trip you will receive a credit towards another order. You must notify us via email of DOA within 4 hours of delivery! Do not throw away anything, as we may ask you to provide photos or return the Specimen (return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer). The credit will be valid for 6 months. There is no refunds or credits on shipping charges under any circumstances. All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species aggression). Please ask if you are unsure, we are here to help!Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping with out contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud. We can only ship to the billing address and to the cardholder. We may ask to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged Specimens to be evaluated for DOA. Many bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress, Free ship frag pack DOA’s will be issued store credit, which will be the discounted price in the pack. If possible we will ship replacement with another order.

Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays, The risk to live shipments is simply too high, due to the increases in overnight shipping at these times. We do not ship the week before Christmas, or the span from Christmas to New Year’s Day.
All items purchased from Popcorals.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
