Aquatic Life Returns
At Pop Corals, the health and well being of all species we offer is our primary concern. Because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life, we cannot accept the return of any live aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.
Dry Goods
We are committed to ensuring enjoyment of your purchase and experience with Pop Corals. If you are not 100% satisfied with your aquarium supply purchase, you can return it within 7 days for store credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s).
Please Note: Return of electrical equipment for exchange or store credit is limited to 7 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 7 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging to receive a store credit.
We recommend that you ship your aquatic life order to your local shipping location. Keep your aquatic life order protected from potential inclement weather and extreme temperatures in a secure, enclosed area when you ship directly to your local shipping location nearest you for pickup.
Return Shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Shipping charges and Box fees are non-refundable.
*Store credit expires six months after date of issue.
